How to Use a HydroXtreme Pump

1. Fill the pump with warm water in the bath or shower.
2. Insert while flaccid and seal the pump against your body.
3. Attach the handball via the hose and squeeze gradually to build pressure — firm but comfortable, never painful.
4. Hold for up to 3 minutes, then release the pressure.
5. Repeat the cycle up to three times — staying within a 15-minute total session.
6. Follow with a quick massage to aid recovery.
