Bathmate India is the official online retailer of genuine Bathmate hydro pumps in India. We stock the full range — Hydro7, Hydromax and HydroXtreme, plus power rings and accessories — and ship them discreetly nationwide.

We are based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and we operate one business: importing genuine Bathmate products and getting them to customers across India without fuss or embarrassment.

Why We Exist

Bathmate is a well-known brand, which makes it a well-copied one. Counterfeit pumps circulate widely on Indian marketplaces, usually at prices that look too good to be true. They often are: a replica cylinder can crack under pressure, and a poorly moulded gaiter will not hold a seal, so the pump simply does not work.

Buying from an official source removes that risk. Every unit we ship is a genuine imported Bathmate product, with Bathmate’s security lock authenticity check included.

Our Policies, Stated Plainly

We would rather you know these before you order than discover them afterwards:

• No returns for fit or preference. We do not accept returns if the product is not liked or is not a proper fit. Please measure yourself and read the size guidance first — and contact us if you are unsure.
• No warranty on breakage. Damage caused in use is not covered.
• Damaged or incorrect deliveries are a different matter — contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will sort it out. Full details are on our refund policy page.
• 21+ only. This site sells adult products and is not intended for anyone under 21.
