Which Bathmate Fits You? India Size Chart (1–11 Inch)

Choosing the right Bathmate size matters more than choosing the right series. A pump that is too large will not form a proper seal, so you lose pressure and get nothing from the session. A pump that is too small restricts you and becomes uncomfortable. This guide shows you how to measure yourself accurately, then matches your measurement to the correct model across all three Bathmate series.

How to Measure Yourself Correctly

Take both measurements when fully erect, and take them twice on different days. Small variations are normal, so use the average rather than your best reading.

  1. Erect Length: Place a ruler flat against the pubic bone at the base, on the upper side, and measure along the top to the tip. Press the ruler in until it touches bone — measuring from the surface of the skin will under-report your length, which is the most common reason people order a pump one size too small.
  2. Girth: Wrap a flexible tape measure or a strip of paper around the thickest point, usually mid-shaft. Keep it snug but not compressed. If you are using paper, mark where the ends meet and measure that length against a ruler. Girth decides whether you need a standard cylinder or a Wide Boy.

Common measuring mistakes

  • Measuring along the underside instead of the top
  • Not pressing the ruler to the pubic bone
  • Measuring only once and using the highest figure
  • Ignoring girth entirely — length alone does not tell you if a cylinder will fit comfortably

Hydro7 sizing

The Hydro series has a single size, built for 5 to 7 inches erect. It is the simplest pump in the range and the usual starting point for anyone new to hydro pumping in that measurement band.

Hydromax sizing

The Hydromax series is the widest size range — 3, 5, 7, 8 and 9 — so most men will find their fit here. Every Hydromax uses the same bellows system and super-flow latch valve; only the cylinder dimensions change between models.

HydroXtreme sizing

The HydroXtreme series covers 5, 7, 9 and 11. Each one adds the detachable handball and hose for manual pressure control. If you measure over 9 inches, the HydroXtreme11 is the only Bathmate built for you.

Wide Boy girth options

Wide Boy models share the length range of the standard model but use a wider chamber. Choose a Wide Boy if your girth is at the upper end and the standard cylinder would feel restrictive. Length stays the deciding factor first; girth decides standard versus Wide Boy second.

Which Model Should You Choose by Size

Once you know your length band, pick your series by experience:

  • New to pumping: start with the Hydro or Hydromax model in your band. Simple pressure control, easier to get a consistent seal.
  • Used a pump before: Hydromax gives noticeably more suction than the Hydro series through its bellows system.
  • Want full control: HydroXtreme adds the handball, letting you fine-tune suction intensity through the session.

You can always move up in series later. You cannot compensate for the wrong length band, which is why the measurement comes first. Still weighing it up? Read our Bathmate buyer’s guide.

Between Two Sizes? What to Do

If your measurement sits on a boundary — say 5 inches exactly, between Hydromax5 and Hydromax7 — size down rather than up. A slightly snug cylinder still seals and still works; an oversized one loses pressure and the session does nothing.

Two exceptions worth knowing: if your girth is at the upper end of your band, go to the Wide Boy version instead of sizing down. And if you expect to be measuring at the top of your band soon, ask us first rather than guessing.

Please measure before you order. We do not accept returns if the product is not liked or is not a proper fit, and there is no warranty on breakage. WhatsApp or email us with your measurement and we will tell you which model to buy.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size Bathmate do I need?

Match your erect length to the chart above: up to 3 inches is Hydromax3, 3–5 inches is Hydromax5 or HydroXtreme5, 5–7 inches covers Hydro7, Hydromax7 and HydroXtreme7, 6–8 inches is Hydromax8, 7–9 inches is Hydromax9 or HydroXtreme9, and over 9 inches is HydroXtreme11.

How do I measure for a Bathmate pump?

Measure erect length from the pubic bone along the top to the tip, pressing the ruler in until it touches bone. Measure girth around the thickest point with a flexible tape. Take both twice on separate days and use the average.

Should I size up or size down if I’m between sizes?

Size down. A snug cylinder still forms a proper seal; an oversized one loses pressure and the session is wasted.

Does girth change which Bathmate I should buy?

Yes. Length sets your model, girth decides standard or Wide Boy. If your girth is at the upper end of your band, choose the Wide Boy version of the same size.

Do all Bathmate sizes work the same way?

Yes. Every model uses the same warm-water vacuum principle and the same routine: hold for up to 3 minutes, release, repeat up to three cycles, and stay within a 15-minute total session. Only the cylinder size and pressure-control system differ. See our full usage guide.

Can you help me choose my size before I order?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or email with your measurement and we will confirm the correct model. Delivery takes 7–8 working days anywhere in India, in plain unbranded packaging.
