Terms Policies

Shipping Charges

  • We will ship within 7 – 8 days of order confirmation, for products which are in stock
  • In case product is international drop shipping it might take 25 – 30 days to deliver the order to customer.
  • Shipping is FREE for all orders on and above Rs 600.
  • For orders less than Rs 600, nominal shipping fees of Rs 99 is levied.
  • The shipping charges will stay the same irrespective of the size of the order. Even if it costs us more to ship your order to you, we bear the extra cost.
  • The total shipping charge for your order will be displayed once you proceed to check out.
  • It is our endeavour to ship all items in your order together; however, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. Also there may be restrictions on accepting orders for certain pin codes where shipping is not possible. In such scenarios, the order will not be accepted online and message will be displayed requesting to provide an alternate pin code.
  • Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single shipping address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you need to place multiple orders.
  • In instances where customer places multiple orders within a day or two, we might combine orders and ship them together.


Cash on Delivery

Cash On Delivery (COD) is another convenient way you could buy products off our website. It’s simple really, you browse through the site, select a product and click the COD option (COD Orders are accepted upto Rs 49,999/-) during check-out.

 

Discreet Delivery

We’ll ship the package to your doorstep in a discreet package. When we say Discreet, we absolutely mean it. Nobody will know what you’ve ordered, not even the delivery guy. We ship our products in a standard box, which has only your name and address details on it. We don’t even brand the box with our logo, (we’re that fanatical about your privacy).

 

Tracking

We may send or provide the tracking URL of the courier so that you can track the delivery yourself.

 

Shipping Partners

We have tie-up with leading Indian courier service partners – Indiapost, Bluedart, EcomExpress, Delhivery, Aramex. We will be adding other partners shortly so that we reach closer to all our customers.

Product Packaging

We pack your order in a tamper proof plastic bag. We don’t put any indication of product/website name on the packaging box*. This ensures complete privacy of your order and safeguards the quality and packaging of your order. This is done FREE OF CHARGE.
We won’t be mentioning BathmateIndia.com on the package anywhere to keep your privacy intact. The sender name and address will be of our parent company.

*In case of order having certain products which may be partly inflammable, etc, we may have to provide a letter to the courier company mentioning the exact contents of the pack depending on the size of the package due to security reasons. For rest of the products, the declaration will mostly be generic in nature to the keep the privacy intact.
In case of COD order we shall be attaching the invoice with the package mentioning the generic name of the product category like – garments, personal care etc.

 

Replacement / Exchange Policy

We will NOT accept returns and / or replacements for products that are not to your liking. We do not accept any International products in return except for cases of damaged & defective or incorrect product being delivered to you.

We will replace certain products within 3 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. This only applies to the product received in damaged condition.
We do not accept returns on any apparels due to hygiene reasons.

 

Damaged/Defective

  • In the unlikely event that a replaceable product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused along with its original invoice, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within 4 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
  • Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
  • Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a replacement or exchange.
  • For hygiene and other reasons, we shall be unable to accept replacements or exchanges of products in following categories: contraceptives, night wear, briefs, innerwear, lingerie, apparel, cosmetics, oils, lotions, potions, pills, creams, medical equipment’s and any other personal item or items that have been imported in the country
  • We shall be unable to accept returns or exchanges of products that have been tampered with, opened and/or used.
  • In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount and shipping charges applicable to the item.
  • In case a product comes with manufacturer warranty, customer should contact the manufacturer directly and follow the return/replacement procedure as per the manufacturer policy.

 

Product not to your liking

We will NOT accept replacements and / or exchanges for products that are not to your liking. Most of our products are personal in nature and we encourage you to ask us questions at info@bathmateindia.com or via the customer care phone number, before confirming your order.

 

Mode of Return

You may contact our Customer Care within 3 days of having received the product and request a replacement /exchange, subject to the above mentioned terms and conditions. Once the Customer Care team agrees to process the replacement/exchange subject to receipt of the products at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging along with the invoice.

 

Cancellation Policy

We make every effort to deliver all the orders placed. However, please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel. The reasons may include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
Our Customer Service Team will inform you at the earliest if your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back to your Card Account.

 

Cancellation by the Customer

Please contact our Customer Service in case you wish to cancel your order. Orders once placed can be cancelled only before the Order is shipped. If the Order has been shipped you will not be able to cancel the order.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be provided in the following cases:
  • Genuine quality issues – please provide us the details of the issues in quality in your first communication to us.
  • Packages lost in transit
  • If wrong item has been shipped to you.

In all cases, refunds can only be granted if a request for a refund been put in within 24 hour of delivery of the product.

 

We will be happy to replace any damaged / incorrect items, assuming a comparable replacement is available, or provide you with a full refund, including delivery charges, if any, on originally shipping the product to you. However, no refunds will be provided for any costs associated with shipping any products by the customers back to us except where we have erroneously sent you a wrong item / color / size.

 

Any products that might be missing from your order will be shipped as soon as possible at no additional charge to you.

Strictly, no refunds will be given in the following cases:

 

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address provided by the customer
  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address
  • On three failed delivery attempts by the courier
  • If the package is refused by recipient
  • If the products returned are in a used or damaged condition
  • Refunds will not be issued if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving at our above-mentioned return location.

 

No refunds will be provided if our customer service is not intimated by email or otherwise within 24 hours of delivery of the goods to your address about the customer’s desire to seek a refund/replacement. Further, no refunds will be available if the product is returned to our above address after the 30-day returns period has expired.

 

Please ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a saleable condition.

 

We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned.

 

Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

 

After the receipt of item(s), your request for refunds would be processed. Upon receipt of your refund/return, we will issue a credit to your card used for the original transaction, for the cost of the item including taxes, and delivery charges if any.

 

In the case of refunds, banks normally take 7-10 business days to process a refund once it has been initiated from our end. For Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking or PayPal Transactions:

 

Upon receipt of your refund / return, we will issue a credit to your card used for the original transaction, for the cost of the item including taxes, and delivery charges if any. As the charge on your credit card / PayPal account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund into the original mode of payment.

 

If applicable, refunds would be made for the cost of the goods (including taxes, and delivery charges on the original purchase) to the credit / debit card used for the online transaction.

 

Note: Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.
